Default WATER PIPE CONECTION SNAPPED

hi there ive got a problem which is kinda confusing me,i need to change the connectors which have 2 hoses comming from it and one has snapped! i think it has something to do with the water as my car drinks it all lol is it a simple fix??

thanks for that , somethingg simular to what you showed me but its for a compact 2000 reg. is it a common problem and could i fit the part myself with a lil no how???

its the 316ti i have a picture of what i am talking about. ive looked around and now know its the heater matrix conection pipes

I've replaced the connectors that connect onto the block, one on the back of the engine and one on the side and they were pretty easy. I think there's a few more connectors at the fire wall as well, I don't think they would be to hard to get at. May need to take the intake off to get a clear shot at them as well. I really think bmw should have labeled all the connectors as something more than connector. Maybe even made them out of something more durable.

I have no experience with that engine as it was not available in the US.
Chances are you need to remove the intake manifold to get at that part.
If you think that is more than you can handle, take it to a shop.
