At first, many thank to Mr. JFS. He helps me to check the carfax The car is : 1996 BMW 318TI All information could be found here: carfax info I tried for 4500$, the dealer accepted easily.. I dont know whether I gave him too much. I will meet him soon, however, i just saw that car from pictures. Can you give advices? I'd take L84THSKY' offer and arrange a time to go see the car in person. If it checks out OK, try to get it for $4500 out the door (Inc. Sales Tax, doc fees, etc). Good luck. I have been looking for 2 months but I can find someone decent and the dealers price are really overrated.
