I did a Google search for BMW 318ti 320i 323i 323ti 325i Z3 Repair Service Manual and got a bunch of hits to someone in Blaine, Washington who is selling copies of one of the BMW TIS DVDs. This may or may not be the same thing. Based on that DVD's artwork, marketing, method of distribution and pricing, I tend to the notion that BMW isn't collecting any royalties.
