I am attaching a pic of a short shifter up for sale.

Owner's comments:


"BMW e36 Short Shifter 3 series 318 325 m3"
"Short shifter for e36 BMW. Fits 3 series cars"

Will this work on my 318ti? Will it need bending, and what % reduction will I get?
