Default Mystery part! ID that part.

Ok ... we pulled the head off an M44 in our 1998 318ti, but for the life of us can't find the following parts in realoem. We think the bolt actually goes inside the threaded sleeve. Ideas?

Thanks! Strange, we can't seem to sort this out. Can you tell us which part it is in the diagram?

Thanks ... took a while of searching but figured it out. For some reason my son had removed it when we were doing the timing covers. For anyone else wondering, this video, at this time, shows it: https://youtu.be/ksP5tSrz_s4?t=691
