Default FS: '97 M44 and 5-Speed Trans

Putting the finishing touches on my S52 swap, so my stock motor and trans are on the way out the door! 131k on the clock...Motor needs new Crank Position Sensor. Trans does not grind going into any gears. I will include the clutch, but there's not much left on it, considering it's the original factory one. $900 plus shipping for the motor. $500 plus shipping for the trans. $1200 plus shipping for the pair. Also open to offers... Let me know if you guys have any questions, or want close up pictures of anything. Oh, this stuff needs to be gone by April 1st, and we just got a new shop, and I'm trying to move as little as possible.

What all would I need to complete a 5-speed swap besides the tranny that you have?

you'd need the pedals, pluming that goes with the clutch, driveshaft, transmission crossmember, also your differential ratio would be way off and you'd be redlining in 5th on the highway.

Where in TN are you? Close to NC by any chance?

No, doesn't have the popping out of first problem. In fact, I didn't even know that was a common thing till you just asked :-P I'll get pics of everything tonight when I leave the shop.. As for doing a 5-Speed swap, you'll need the clutch master, pedals, driveshaft, trans, and a clutch. I can provide all of that except the clutch that I will include will need to be replaced very soon.

I'm in middle Tennessee, not to far from Nashville on the Kentucky Tennessee line.It takes 3 or 3 1/2 hours to get to the mountains so that gives you a location reference.
