Default OBDII code: p1511 ?

My engine light went on, I have a bad cat to be replaced, and one more indicator.

My buddy works in a toyota dealership and had a universal obd2 readerand it came up with a manufacturor code P1511-- something to deal with idle speed control; it is a manufacturor code.

Would anyone be kind enough to maybe give me more information on what needs to be replaced, without shelling out the $90 to have a BMW certified mechanic look at it?
