Yes, and Carfax shows this one as a major accident. Maryland has very strict laws about what they can rebuild and put back on the road for obvious safety reasons. If this person is willing to rebuild and sell a 99TI Cali 5 Speed and sell for under $6k, then I'm guessing the car was in a major front end collision since the cali top is very hard to replace. Or if it rolled, then the top surely leaks and will cost mucho $$ to replace or fix.
