Default Buzz noise with key on engine off

I was reading the codes the other day, so I had the key on but engine off.
A buzzing noise was coming from the Throttle position sensor or whatever is next to it.
The buzzing noise would continue for a while after I turned key off then it would stop.
I can't tell if it buzzes when the engine is running or not.
I circled the two possible things that are buzzing in picture. Blue is Throttle position sensor. Red is ?

Anyone else have this problem ?
I read the thread about the Crank Case Ventilation valve, but this is definately a buzz noise coming from one of these two.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's normal. It's the idle air control valve.

Default Thanks!!

Thanks for the feedback!
I don't know why the picture doesn't show up.
It shows up when I am logged in.
I have the image in my albums and linked to it, and it is marked public.

Your DME has got wet and has a green like mold on the back circut board. Take a look at the DME. The drain holes clog and then fill the DME compartment with water, then DME gets wet and is not happy.
