Im looking at buying a 1998 ti with 186000 on it has leather interior, auto, in good condition. seller is asking 2000 or best offer is this a fair price?

Hard to tell without pics and/or details, but I'd start at $1,000 and max at $1,500. But for the 1,500 must run damn near perfectly to me.
