I still have the business radio from my '97 ti. I don't need it anymore and it just sits on a shelf in my closet. It's in normal condition, I just replaced it with a CD player. I'll have to get my dad to take some pics, it's at his house. It works perfect, the pixels are good. I'll try to find the code for it. I know I had to get the code from a BMW dealer to turn it on after my battery crapped out, I just have to find it. BTW a dealer can supply you with a code for the radio but it does take them some effort so be patient and show show gratitude if they're nice.  __________________

Maybe it was my CD43 that was the issue. After some confusion and actually bringing the unit to him, he tracked down 3 codes- luckily the last one worked b/c I think it gives you 3 tries then a long timeout period. Anyways he was nice about it so I bought a tailpipe cover.  __________________

However, if you had your radio partially out to look for the s/n, you might as well just pull out the harness and reset the entire thing!
