Default 95 318ti tired of buying parts...make offer

I recently moved to Virginia in the mountains. If it snows, I'm screwed. I need an all wheel drive. Here are the new parts I have had THE DEALER put on in the last 18 months. New A/C. New shocks and struts. New motor mounts. New ball joints. New ignition. New altranator. New serpentine belt. A new spark plug wire assembly outrageously priced. A BMW tune-up which changes every filter, worn hose, whatever. A new fuel pump. Two new rear tires(one week old). The car has 108,000 miles. I need to move it NOW. Make me an offer.

Pix and location would help your sale.
"Virginia in the mountains" is a pretty big area.

I just got rid of a 4x4 Jeep Grand Cherokee and bought a ti last week. Snows a lot more here.
Get some all season tires and find an icy parking lot and practice.

Post some pics and prices, I like mine so much I may buy another

Default Sorry, my Car is at Valley BMW in Roanoke now

The car is black, I think
I have a pic or two in MY Pictures. I'll look. The interior is grey, it is an automatic. I usually do not talk on these forums. The only reason I joined was to find an answer to a question so the dealership in Alabama(I lived there for 2 years...job...not by choice)didn't screw me. Also I live in Radford Va. 24141

I Forgot...new front brakes 6/07. Pics will be up later today. Sorry, I don't take pics of my car. I just want to sell it to someone who will give it love. I've had it since '98. BTW, how do you upload pics on this site?

Depending on the pics, price, etc. I might be interested. I'm originally from Roanoke and have family there. Recently bought a ti and the wife likes it so much she wants her own. You can email me if you have more information. Would definitely need detailed pics, price, any other info you've got. tsiracer@hotmail.com

to upload pics you need to skip the POST QUICK REPLY and use the GO ADVANCED tab.
once you are there you will find an attachment tab. use that and post away!
good luck

I also have a black 318ti that sounds similar to yours but is a manual. I have had great success with the Sports Car Clinic in Roanoke and they were much better in pricing than other places. Also, one of the guys there is an absolute BMW nut and loves my 318. I do feel your pain on that spark plug thing though, I was told it had something to do with platinum?

the stock bmw plug wires are outrageously priced. good thing magnecores are available for like $80. plugs themselves shouldn't be expensive. certainly helps to find a good shop (usually independent) with guys you can trust to tell you the straight poop and not rip you off! they're just hard to find ...
