Ok so i just bought a 97 black 318ti and the only thing i really can afford to do with it right now is installing a new exhaust. I really don't want to be too ergonomic with it, basically want it as loud as it can be and stay legal... I also don't want it to sound like a ricer, i'd prefer a sporty sound! Any ideas?? Thanks -John | | | 07-19-2008, 09:21 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Legal and loud? I don't know. Loud I'd go with Brosal <sp?> Sweet I'd go with Supersprint. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-20-2008, 05:52 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Bend, OR Posts: 237 | ok thanks does Brosal make any certain exhausts that are for the 318? | | | 07-20-2008, 05:53 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Bend, OR Posts: 237 | oh and i think its Bosal??? | | | 07-20-2008, 05:58 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: New Orleans Posts: 970 | yeah, most people on here are doing the Bosal Brospeed i think __________________ ^being rebuilt^ until then: daily car: 96' Blue DASC'd ti with koni coilovers slowly progressing... weekend car: 85 1/2' 944 Porsche no a/c, p/s, gutted cat, loud as hell exhaust, loud as hell sound system | | | 07-20-2008, 02:29 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | Quote: Originally Posted by minicoop900 yeah, most people on here are doing the Bosal Brospeed i think | the brospeed has actually been discontinued as a cat-back for the 318ti, a member on here (pnosker) is selling his I believe, but there are a couple people who have already called dibs on it | | | 07-20-2008, 06:07 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Bend, OR Posts: 237 | Alright thanks...
