Default Outside temp sensor, location

Outside temp sensor, one that's showing temperature on board computer is located where? Searched forum and with so many temp sensor I am confused which one is this. Where is located (some says front fender)? Problems is when this sensor shows wrong temperature car have problem with start. Sometimes when outside temp is 70f my reader shows 25f and car have problem with start.

I recently changed coolant temp sensor (on engine head) and car acting little bit more better but every 3-4 days outside temp sensor read wrong temperature and then i have problem with start (car shaking really bad). When temp read accurate car start with no problem even if temperature is -10.

So which sensors shows and read outside temperature on board computer, and where is located? Thank you.
