have you looked at your regulator? I am working on a fix for the roller which goes on the fixed track. I can have 2 made if this is the problem. No guarantees of course. The arm that this is attached to on my car looks like it is offset from the track. I'm sure this is what caused mine to fail. I bought new bushings cause the old ones were bad. i got an ebay regulator....not sure if it was OEM i dont remember but it was pretty cheap __________________ 1995 318ti Active

I bought a new one off ebay for $96 shipped. Picked up some bushing/clips too, which seem to have been updated.
