Default Junkyard digging..

I found a 98 318i and 328i in a local yard, wondering what if anything I could pull from them to upgrade/replace on my 98ti. I've grabbed some window switches and an A/M swich. Brake calipers, or rims? Would be willing to pull any parts you may need as well.

This is a great question, as I have the same one. Headed out to a few pick-n-pulls tomorrow to see what I can find. It would be very interesting to see what parts are worth scavenging off the other E36 vehicles. It looks like I'll be looking at mostly 325i(s) cars in the yards tomorrow.

What do people pull (any valuable switches, relays, etc.) that are worth scavenging to have on hand as future spare parts?

I try to grab the switches (window and A/M), and the trim pieces for them, I also check to see if the SAP or idle control valve is worth grabbing. Exterior trim, fog lights and the such..

For those of us that aren't lucky enough to have found a 5 speed, on the shift console we have an 'Automatic/Manual' switch that the 'A' bulb usually burns out on.
