Well tough times are ahead of myself at this moment and I need to take drastic measures. I have to let my baby go, she has been with me for three and a half years since I started college. She was the first practical car I had coming from a MKII GTi but was not reliable. I bought her with approximately 190k miles on the odometer and she now has about 210k miles. I am the third owner at this moment. I also have a car fax report and all service records from the previous owners. At the time being my plans were to do an S52 swap by the end of the year and all this time I was getting her ready for it, but times are tough and my projection has taken a different route. Right now she averages about 26 to 28 mpg all day long. I did not mind the mileage because I know how strong and well built these engines are. When I bought her she had no floor mats, no BMW roundels, no antennae. The first things I did to her was replace the spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, and spark plug wires. I then proceeded to replace the antennae, floor mats and roundels. Motor oil, differential, transmission oil was changed immediately for synthetics all around. I have used german Castrol 0-30 oil for the engine, Mobile 1 synthetic ATF on her transmission and original bmw SAF-XO differential oil since them moment I bought her. All of the parts replaced have been original BMW parts with all receipts accounted for. All of the work has been done by me and has been done with no shortcuts. I will provide a whole list of any fixes done. The engine Does not lose a drop of oil or coolant, compression is dead on and is in the range of all cylinders, she still starts and idles as she came off the dealer. I have attached pictures of the car, and also pictures of the differential that went in the car. There is no whine coming from the diff and no oil leaks whatsoever. Also I have attached the alignment results so that you can see she is a straight runner. The M3 spindles set the camber at around -2.4/-2.6 in the front but I set the toe as close to 0 in the front for good tire wear, so far so good. The rear toe seems to be off 5 degrees on the right but I suspect a worn trailing arm bushing. There is slight oil leak somewhere in the transmission but not enough for the level to even go down as every time I have changed it yearly it has never dropped below the safe level. A lot of sweat and hard earned money has gone into this car the pictures I have posted show her as dirty as she can be, a nice wash and wax job will do her good. She runs without any problems or hiccups so its a good reliable car if you want her as a transportation or eventually if you want her as a full track duty car.
Asking price is $4500 OBO.

Things to do
-Paint - it seems the car has been resprayed and the paint used was not the best so clear coat is not the best on the roof, rear quarter panels, and boot.
-Valve cover gasket
-Drivers door panel is off, waiting for clip kit to fix that and will be fixed by the time she is sold.
-Interior cleaning
-Drivers window needs to be aligned again, seems to be off the tracks but will close and open.
-Trunk door struts
