Default homemade bolstered seats??

hello all...

is it possible to strip OEM seats and sort of 'bend' the bolsters (seat frame itself) inwards, to achieve a tighter seats that will actually hold you in while cornering???

my buddy has a 92 Jetta 2.0 16V w/ OEM Recaros, and they are simply AWESOME (!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

I'd like that type of holding grip, WITHOUT the aftermarket/boy racer look (wanna keep the car looking as stock as possible)...

anyone out there modified their front seats??

any shops in NJ, for that??

all is appreciated...

thx, M

I don't really know anything about bending your seats, but eat a few extra Big Macs each day and soon enough, you'll have that tight fit you're looking for
-Sorry to be a smartass and good luck on your mods.

You could always get sport seats

The sport seats are great. I don't budge when I turn. I take some of these street corners without touching the brake and I don't slide at all. My cloth also has damn good grip. It holds on to your shorts for you.
