Default carb cleaner

My car is an R title car and was rolled over it seems like the windows may have been broken cause there are large spots(maybe water spots) on the seats i have been tryin to get rid of them other than that the seats are in good shape. I was told that if i sprayed carb and choke cleaner and used that to clean them it would work great. Wonderin if ne1 has any suggestions or input about the carb cleaner idea.
