Default Speaker replacement

Planning on changing my speakers and need to know if these would be okay for my car! I already have 2 10' subs, and I plan on getting these to replace the cabin speakers. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PU...ries/TS-G1344R

will be using this head unit http://www.amazon.com/Sony-CDXGT260M.../dp/B005I7HRWY

The speakers for the kick panels will be fine. You might have to mount the door speakers at a slight offset depending upon how deep they measure.

Door speakers will stay stock. The 4' speakers will be for the rear.

I'd consider getting adapters and running 5.25"s in the rear but if you're already running 2 x 10" subs, it's probably not going to matter.
