I can only hook you up with a reader/flasher. You would need firmware from a tuner like TT or Mark D

I live in Fl too. Orlando area. I'm interested in putting a turbo in my car and I don't know why but I think it's a better idea than the supercharger. I don't know much about it but it's just a feeling. I also consider basic upgrades like exhaust, cold in-take.

Sorry I missed your reply. Not to bag on anyone with a DASC but turbo is the way to go and this is why:

1. You loose HP (around 40%) turning the supercharger under boost. You only loose max 5%-10% in exhaust restriction with turbo 0% while not in boost.

2. Turbos are easy to intercool. Superchargers are almost impossible but I know one person that did it.

3. You are limited to 16psi with a DASC supercharger.

4. Turbo system is much cheeper to purchase then the new DASC.

Turbo Bad Things:

1. easy to over boost

2. oil has to be changed more often

3. No boost until turbo spools

4. busted engine & drive train parts from too much HP

Pound for Pound of boost the turbo will always make way more power on a gasoline motor....Notice I said gasoline not nitromethane.

Now what was your question? Do you need firmware for your DME? Help with the correct parts for a good turbo for the BMW? Help installing?

Please explain?
