Default Heat Shield

I fabricated a heat shield for my intake out of stainless steel, it seals off my intake from hot radiator heat and the radiator hose that also creates some heat. I hope to get some pics up soon to show you guys because this explanation doesnt really help at all.

Default Finally i have a picture of the heat shield!

Here it is, made out of one piece of stainless steel, I wrapped heat tape around the outer sides of the heat shield to help prevent my filter from heating up. A week later I took out the driver side air duct and ran some tubing up to my intake. The heat shield has helped to reduce heat quite a bit and as far as the cold air mod, the faster u go the better it works..... what do u think?
