Default A desirable car....

I have 2 ti's that my kids drive.

On at least 2 occasions, people have knocked at the door asking to buy them...

A Classic? Will we see start prices leveling off? Increasing...?

Ti - Love em

I had a young lady come ask me yesterday if I would sell one of my Bimmers to her. She mentioned she really liked one of the new ones and pointed to my 97 TI. She didn't believe it was 17 years old. Anyway, when the 97 comes up for sale next month, I know I have at least one person interested.

I believe that thanks to sites like Stance Works making the E36 series "cool" again, our cars will go up in value here in the U.S., especially.

I love the tis. And I haven't even driven mine yet. Still swapping the engine out. Most tis go for 2-3000 in okay shape in my area. You can buy a a running e46 for those prices.

I had a kid where I fish ask if I wanted to sell my California ti recently. He stated that his sister had one back in 1998. He loved riding in it and now wants one for himself.
Good to see interest in these cars.

Ti's are unique BMW's. A future classic? I think the cheap interior may drag to model down some over time.

Lots of people say they love my Ti whenever I autocross it. Is it competitive? Not particularly. But boy is it fun with that E30 rear suspension!

It would be nice to see the prices level off around the $5k mark. Would make selling mine a whole lot easier.

$5k will fetch a nicely kept 100K mileage example right now. John
