would the Cam Position Sensor be part #14 on this diagram? if not, can you find where it is in the ETK?

No that's crankshaft position sensor. I can't seem to find the Cam PS in the ETK it basically looks like the picture below. Before you decide spending any money, read the stored codes first. The CEL might be able to tell you what the exact problem is.

would wd-40 be ok to clean that idle regulator valve.

the problem at idle went away but i still will clean that valve. if this problem comes back then i will be do some thin about it. thanks for everything guys.

Chad, do you know any thread that contains procedure of removing the ICV, or can you wirte a brief instruction? I tried to open the 2 botls that tight the ICV, but they seem to be glued on the thing. thank you in advance.

My car was stalling out on me even after I did my inspection 2...It was the Cam Sensor. It cost 114 for the part and 147 for labor. I gues part of the sensor is located under the manifold so the mecahnic had to take it off....
