Angry Flamers Suck!!!!

Just wanted to let you all know how rare and awesome this board is.... flamers are far and few here.... I just hate reading threads on other BMW boards and every other reply is a friggin' flame.... wth? I think the biggest reason we don't flame here is because we all have the same car... might have different mods, but we have a common bond. And the peeps who have the swaps and chargers don't express the futile "I'm better than you" type crap. They want to help others who want to get there too. On the other hand, the dudes on the other sites just tear each other apart... man.... seems almost every thread starts out kind hearted and turns into a demonic killing machine. Not here, thankfully.

Just voicing my thanks to Steven for the board and for being an awesome moderator. Where do I send the $10 bucks again via paypal? And when are we gonna get the stickers going???

That is the reason I started a message board. I got tired of the BMW elitists. I see it on bf.c all they time. Well not everyone is like that but when someone is they stick out. The ti is at the bottom of the pecking order. Not for us. I have no problem calling the car an entry level model. My car has 190K miles and I can take it to the track on weekends. It handles very much like a BMW and I like the E30 rear suspension. It is just more plain fun.
And thanks for the contribution.

Yea I have to agree that on some other boards, even though I love um, they will start bashing each others models WTH there all BMWs! And sometimes people get really bitchy about us bastard child BMW's - also seems like when asking for tech help here there is very many quick responces and usally most are more than helpful in some way.

There is a great mix of enthusiasm and knowledge on this board. Thanks to Steve for resurrecting this forum. It has drastically improved in the last 9 months or so (not that it wasn't good before mind you).
