They run under the carpet underneath the seat. There is no way that it could be lost forever becasue the tubes turn up by the dash and go up the transmission tunnel. Good luck on getting your phone back. | | | 10-18-2005, 08:16 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: England, UK Posts: 1,288 | RESULT! the good old wire coat hanger trick... with selotape, and bubblegun on the end..... __________________ 1995 BMW 316i Cosmos Black Mods: • Magnex Cat-Back Exhaust • Smoked Corner Lights + Repeators • M3 17" Wheels • De-Baffled Air Box • AC HandBrake Handle and Gear Knob • DEPO Euro Epsiloids + Predator Chronium Rings • Chrome Interior bits •IE Poly-Urethane RSFMs • Kenwood Power Series Audio • Powder Coated e36 325 Front Callipers • Sports Seats | | | 10-18-2005, 09:05 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Muncie, Indiana Posts: 1,551 | Ha that would work...the other alternative would have been removing the carpet....that is not fun. | | | 10-18-2005, 11:54 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: cary, nc Posts: 2,259 | i actually heard of this happening on the radio show cartalk if anyone listens to that show....some guy with an m3 lost his phone in the pipe too! __________________ 1995 318ti Active Pioneer Speakers [] Aluminum Billet door locks [] ACS Pedals/Deadrest [] ACS Shift Knob / E-Brake Handle [] Clear Corners/Tails/Sides [] Sylvania Exterior Lighting [] Custom CAI [] Dinan Engine Chip [] Dinan Transmission Chip [] H&R Race Springs [] Tokico Illumina Shocks [] BMW X-Brace [] Relocated Lighter Mod [] Custom iPod Mod http://www.cardomain.com/id/robcarync | | | 10-19-2005, 05:02 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Saint Paul, MN Posts: 3,244 | Quote: Originally Posted by robcarync i actually heard of this happening on the radio show cartalk if anyone listens to that show....some guy with an m3 lost his phone in the pipe too! | I heard that one! __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 10-19-2005, 06:09 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: New Jersey Posts: 363 | Ahaha, I lost a pet flying squirrel down those tubes. You know the crap it took him out? Haha I had to buy a trap and wait for days for him to eventually scamper out and trap him. I couldn't drive for days, but it is stilla hilarious story to this day.,.. __________________ RIP Tonka Hitlerietta 08/03/04 - 01/25/05 | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
