You will need the following information:
P/NO: (65.12-9 364 944)
Model Number: (C33 DIN US)
Serial Number: (AL6BDU V-12-34567)

It only Cost $19 US Dollars and you get it in less than 5 mins. They will send you like 3 emails but on the 3rd one that's has the code.
