LOL!

I'd go with low profile tires

Depends on what you want and what you plan to use the car for. Coil overs are usually over kill on a street car. Sure, theyre ride height adjustable, but should be aligned every time you change the height of the vehicle. There are also spring rates and damper settings in most coil over kits that are adjustable; the more adjustable, the more expensive they are. Price may also deter you from coil overs, as they are usually about twice as much for basics compared to a damper/spring combo. Springs are a set spring weight and usually have a matching damper to go with them for the best ride quality. One time install, one time alignment once lowered, no adjustments unless you go with a high end damper like Koni.

I agree. ^^^
Unless you need to corner balance your car or tweak the ride height, coilovers are a waste of money.
A good set of springs and struts is all you need.

I'd go with just springs too

just out of curiosity, are those rims 15" or 16"? because you're going to need a higher profile tire, with those tires you're speedometer is going to be off by quite a bit and your odometer is going to go up much faster than it should, plus it looks kinda funny with the small wheels

x2, you need to get the right sized tires before you lower the car.

Would anyone have a guess how low i could possibly go with them tyres on ? cheers ..... And yeh the wheels are 15" with 195/45/15 tyres on how much do you think it will affect the speedo , would i be going faster or slower than what it reads ? thanks for the help .

im assuming it will say you going faster then you are since your odometer will be climbing faster than it should. and id say about an inch drop but it wont look as good as it would if you had a little bigger rim. now you have the big gaps in your wheel wells.

Honestly, youll need at least 80mm worth of a drop to even get the chassis near the rims, which is pretty much coil over territory. If it were me, id take the tires and/or rims back, get the PROPER size (you should have 205/60/15s) or close to it. The tires you have on there right now are just too low profile and for no reason at all.

Like blue said, take the tires back or sell them in the classifieds. There is no reason to run tires like that.

I have a set of 195/55/15 tires that I use for autox and when I use them the speedometer reads 7 mph higher than I am actually going. I'd hate to drive on them every day.

My ti had the original 15 inch rims with 205/65/15 tire. That's the right size. As of speedometer.. I have 205/50/16 tires right now and still reads a little high. TiFreak said the ti is limited on 116mph and mine read 120-122 once..
