The outboard (bottom) bolster of my front seat has been perforated by a (aprox) 7mm dia. copper wire that seems to be part of the seat support structure. Also the padding seems to have softened up quite a bit in comparison to the others.

I saw the seat cover R&R procedure in the notebook section under heated seats and I wondered if anyone could rate the pain in the a** factor for pulling the seat covers off.

I also wonder if there is a small bomb in there for the seat belt tensioners ('95 model).

Does anyone have a material suggestion for rebuilding the bolster padding?

Thanks
