Default really heavy clutch?

I thought my 325ix had a heavy clutch, but the ti really takes the cake! in a week my left leg looks like it's from the Governator and my other one looks like gumby's.

would a good tranny flush help or are these just inherently heavy and i need to stop complaining and just drive.

What is recommended for a tranny flush? Redline MTL or another product?

thanks for the help,
Dave

Could be a bad throwout bearing or a bad clutch. These use hydraulic clutches, might be something with the slave/master cylinders?

Trans fluid makes no differnce to the feel of the clutch...
