MA Member here 96 318Ti 5 spd 144k White

I have a 1996 318ti for sale, or trade. It is the m-technic kit, the top model of it's year. It has 144k on it and will continue to go up as I drive it every day. I change the oil every three thousand miles, or less. The car is in great condition and only has one very small spot of rust, which is barely surface rust on the driver door. Besides that spot, the car is rust free...very rare up in the northeast. The car has power moonroof, power windows. It's a 5 speed and does not grind in any gear. The interior is in just as good shape as the exterior, maybe even better. The dash is crack free, seats have no rips, just a little bolster wear on the driver side which is normal for a car of this age. The rear seats are in excellent condition. The car is lowered on raceland coilovers, and sits on style 5's right now. I have the stock suspension and rims. Depending on the price offered I may keep the style 5's. I can bring it back to 100% stock if you'd like.

New Cat converter
New exhaust from cat to the manifold
New headliner
Lowered on coilovers
Style 5's
Clutch is strong
Mint interior
Almost no rust at all
Clean car, I'm the second owner.
I get between 31-37mpg depending on driving habit
New brakes


CON'S:
Little bit of rust on the door, VERY minor though
Small ding on the hatch, not very noticeable
Exhaust leak, near the tip it just needs a quick weld
Brake light is on, it's just the sensor
Check engine light is on, I don't know why. I haven't bothered to check because the car runs great and it passes emissions since its a '96
