Had the 95 318ti less than a month and the stereo got stolen. When the jerk did it he broke the plastic trim piece that goes around the control unit and radio as well as the tab that is on the dash that holds that piece in.

Where can I find the parts to repair this? Am I going to have to replace the dash. Are there any mods I can do while all this is ripped out?

Thanks in advance.

Hey Bowzier, I just replaced my stock radio from my 95' ti. I still have it sitting around, and don't ever really plan on reinstalling it. It's a am/fm/cassette player. Nothing fancy (that's why I replaced it in the first place)
I am real happy with my new aftermarket stereo. Have you considered going aftermarket?

Default A little cofusion

Stomp,

I'm after the plastic trim that goes around the radio, control unit and CPU. I will probably get an after market radio.

Thanks for the help.

Default Might find something here

Have a look at this site, BMWCCA .I found it on the links page of the BMW Car Club GB. I don't know what area you are from, there are various chapters - might find something usefull (breakers or something)

I just bought the bezel that goes around the radio, a/c, and heater control knobs for $20.00 from the local BMW dealer. I think the part number is 64 11 8 367 667.
