Default How much ATF

I'm replaceing the shift solenoids in my A4S 270R '96 318ti. How much full synthetic Redline Dextron III ATF fluid should I buy?

Pelican has a nice diy on auto tranny fluid change. It mentioned that it needs about 5 quarts of Dexron III.
