Question Monroe Sport vs Non-sport

So, I just bought a 1998 318ti for my time in Belgium with the Navy.

I think it has been lowered as the car bottoms out whenever I go over a speedbump, even at less than 5mph.

Anyway, i'm looking at replacing the front Springs and Struts. I'm not looking for performance and I won't be keeping the car past September anyway so I'm looking to do it right, but cheap.

I have mostly decided on the Monroe Struts, but I can't decide between the sport or non-sport ones? I care more about the ride than performance, i'm not taking this car to track days, or doing any more driving than back and forth to base and around town. I guess I just want the best ride (Belgian roads SUCK, there are pot holes, cobblestones, dips, and all the everywhere). Therefore i've been leaning towards the non-sport struts, but they are $80 or 90 vs the sport's $60. Am I going to notice a big difference in ride quality with the non-sport.

What about springs? I can't find anything specific about them, just generic springs.

Specifically these...http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009IQJJ40/...I373HD2S0F5WCA
or these http://www.eeuroparts.com/Parts/5958...g-Front-06132/

Thanks for any help.
