Default need some common knowledge(new ti owner)

so i just picked up my first ti and wanna know some basic things

1. where does your temp guage run at once warmed up.
2. does ac drip occur right in the middle underneath the car?
3. any special stuff i should know for up keep or basic common ti knowledge?

Congrats on your Ti, you're really going to like this car.

The temp should read somewhere close to the middle when warmed up.

AC drip is normal for all cars, it should be pure water

ok thanks and it does drip right in the middle underneath? it seems like a lot of cars do it by the front tires.

and i figured it was ac drip because it was water

could be your waterpipe, waterpump, or thermostat. they are all located in that area.

I'm not exactly sure where the AC drip is, but I think it is near the center of the engine compartment.

Temp gauge should run at the middle, give or take. If not, you probably need a new thermostat; easy fix.

Drip should happen near the evaporator--which I believe is near the front left wheel. Look for a mini-radiator type thing.

As far as common knowledge stuff, start with an Inspection II and reset the lights. Probably the best place to start with a new car.
