Do you have the engine wiring harness available and what condition may it be in? Thanks. | | | 09-17-2010, 05:55 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: louisiana Posts: 188 | the engine wiring harness is connected to the ecu and auto transmission control module. those are the two metal boxes. the ews is under the dashboard. if you only want to change the harness and keep your ecu you wont need an ews alignment and you shouldnt have any issues. wiring harness has only one flaw, rear o2 sensor is wired directly in because the clip was obviously ripped off by previous owner. shouldnt be an issue and works fine, just a little more hassle to change the sensor but no big deal. ill sell the harness alone for $55 shipped. doesnt do me too much good to have just an ecu other than that i still have a full aligned ews system. no one needs those for 4 cylinder motors really tho.. pm me if you want it and ill send you my paypal username. thanks ian | | | 09-18-2010, 05:06 AM | #4 | Member Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: Flowery Branch, GA, USA Posts: 97 | pm sent | | | 09-18-2010, 08:42 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Do you have a key to go with the EWS and ECU if so I will take it. If not the key maybe just the chip in the key so the ecu will work. Let me know and I will pay immediately.
