intake, airflow, decat, take the a/c out these are very easy things to do, or u can go to port polish head,
change hartge 2.1 liters
valve springs, valve seats
camshaft

lightweights flywheel also one another thing about it is that u can have a lightweight flywheel but all the weight might be at the outside of the wheel and this will be almost same as having an stock flywheel but when u get an lightweight flywheel with most weight near the center it is much easier to turn so this makes ur car rev faster just like other people said before.

one thing about flywheels is that the i heard that some of them have a very annoying chatter at idle.

u can make sure by the design that most the weight is near the center.

also u can get lightweight wheels, the bigger u go the inertia increases so it is harder to turn a 18" wheel then turning an 15". O.Z. makes super light weight wheels almost weight like 19 lbs for an 18" wheel which is really good. having sticky tires are also a plus. this is why dragsters use small wheels with big fat sticky tires. also the tire pressure at the fat drag tires not high.

also there is clutch stops and short shift kits

i learned most of that inertia and center of mass crap at physics class we also did alot of labs on these issues. especially the flywheel. it makes so much difference to having the most weight near the center.
