If youre going ebay, get the kit with just the intercooling, piping, hoses, clamps, etc. Source the turbo and possibly the manifold elsewhere.

That would be a great place to start. you could upgrade from there. Also You will still need many more parts. The biggest thing I would be worried about would be the internal wastegate, from my experience I do not think It will clear the block and you WILL loose a lot of your motor mount. I would opt to go external.
