Is this a direct fit for us?

If so, do I then just buy a bike carrier to mount to these rails?

AFAIK it doesn't fit. Our cars require Thule fit kit 225, 400xt aero feet and LB48 bars. The fit kit is going to be difficult to find since it's NLA.
