It's just BMW's stability control program from the E36 era. | | | 11-15-2006, 02:03 AM | #17 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Quad Cities, Iowa Posts: 2,110 | I have never seen a E30 or a E36 without a sunroof. I thought they were standard. __________________ "Drive Fast and Take Chances" | | | 11-15-2006, 12:29 PM | #18 | Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Posts: 8 | Unfortunatly I don't have one..it's the only thing I don't like about my Ti. | | | 11-15-2006, 03:58 PM | #19 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Florida Posts: 2,525 | Quote: Originally Posted by SDKmann I have never seen a E30 or a E36 without a sunroof. UUC has information on their website about the M motor swap that they did on one of them... | | | 11-24-2008, 01:27 AM | #20 | Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Australia Posts: 14 | I paid 4600 for mine I paid 4600 here in OZ for mine. Love the Dark Purple color. it was out of rego and needed some work. Got 16 inch OG rims for 70 each the same day from a place next door to the car lot. replaced fuel pump and fuel lines, added armrest and adding a custom make parcel tray this week. next will come the front & rear bumper. all up it should come to about 8k. not bad for a sunroof. | | | 11-24-2008, 01:48 AM | #21 | Member Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: UK Posts: 38 | Mine has no sunroof ( it has aircon though ) and I would have thought a car without a sunroof would have a stiffer shell than one with? I must admit its the first car ive owned in a long time without a sunroof and I kinda like the closed in feel!!! | | | 11-24-2008, 02:49 AM | #22 | Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: northern va Posts: 28 | Mine doesn't have a sunroof.
