Unhappy help Dx

ok well i got my ti not so long ago and well i got 2 big problems one my trans got messed up and i need a new one or rebuild but dont know how much will cost... and the other pro is dat someone stole my keys.. how can i just change my key without going to the damm dealer since noone here messes with bmw's

You need to bring your title and identification to a BMW dealer for the key.

Well you can get a transmission at a salvage yard for as low as $200 or so, and a new one from a dealer will probably be over $3,000. The cheapest route would probbaly be to go to an independant mechanic or transmission shop.

so around how much would the key cost

I got a key made for $60 in Charlotte but I know the parts guy so he gave me a little discount.

well i got my key about a week ago for 125USD , and now wondering if an older 318 trans works 98'
