As much as I've enjoyed this car, child care expenses take priority!

thermostat/housing
water pump
hoses
belts
ctr support brng
guibo
e-brakes
vlv cover gaskets
all fluids (diff, engine, brakes)
have a couple other spare parts that go with

interior 9.9/10
exterior 8/10

only mod's:
M wheels, staggered
H&R springs, Bilstein struts.
3 spoke steering wheel (on it when I bought it)

nice and solid. only needs coolant bleed (hot air only barely warm). ac blows cold.
no sunroof.

The H&R's are sport, I believe. They're not harsh. Nice positive feel.
