I wouldn’t recommend painting them yourself; they WILL chip in no time. $30-$40 bucks will get you a set from e-bay and you won’t look back. __________________ | | | 09-19-2006, 07:43 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Norfolk, Virginia Posts: 289 | Quote: Originally Posted by m-technik_ti Just buy the e-bay ones, you can’t go wrong. But id go with buying the product rather than ghetto rigging it. __________________ _____________________________________________ Cold air, Dual Exhaust, Ellipsoid headlights, CCFL Angel Eyes, custom ICE, M3 wheels, Cobra Radar Detector, CF eyebrows, ACS CF gauge bezel, clear corners, Euro tail lights. I blacked out my kidneys by sanding the silver vacufoil off them, doing 2 or 3 coats of primer and 4 coats of flat black spray paint, and they were chipping from small stones being thrown up at my car from the roads within a week. I painted them three times until I bought the Bavarian Autosport black out kit for 40.00 on sale. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
