Wow, I got a blackout grill from www.bimmian.com for $80. Atleast I know its of good qualitly lol.

Paint it black with spray paint.

I dont think there's anything wrong with ebay grills...but i agree with lkwd318ti and would just paint yours. I did and am satisfied with the outcome.

well this is a e46 looking grill, its fatter and has ribed grille pices. also the glitter black is hawt!

+1. It will look the same as that second one you posted, and Im pretty sure you can get paint that looks like the first one.

both ebay ones i got sent have been wrong! 1st didn't fit, second - the clips snapped. worst bit is i fcuked the origtinal grill putting it back in so its REALLY loose atm. GRRRRRR

Just buy the e-bay ones, you can’t go wrong. I've had mine for a couple of years now they are still perfect. I wouldn’t recommend painting them yourself; they WILL chip in no time. $30-$40 bucks will get you a set from e-bay and you won’t look back.

Agreed, unless your THAT strapped for cash that you cant spend $40.
But id go with buying the product rather than ghetto rigging it.

Get the ebay kidneys! I blacked out my kidneys by sanding the silver vacufoil off them, doing 2 or 3 coats of primer and 4 coats of flat black spray paint, and they were chipping from small stones being thrown up at my car from the roads within a week. I painted them three times until I bought the Bavarian Autosport black out kit for 40.00 on sale.
