4dr to Ti body parts

As some of you may know i smashed up the front of my car pretty good last monday, anyways what body parts from the 4dr fit (i have heard hood and fenders but have also heard they don't fit) and what doesn't. I need to know the best prices and quality body parts that include.

right front fender
nose pannel (there every where)
hood
?rad support?
m-tech bumper (front)

also where is the best place to get euro ellipsiods w/ H1 bulbs

oem BMW fenders have different part numbers tho, but the hood part number is the same????
