1995 318ti M50 Swap

Hey guys, I apologize for being a noob, as i did search, and cant seem to find what I am looking for. I only see 15 posts in the swap forums, and that seems a little low to me, but who knows.

So onward, I am currently collecting parts for my 1995 ClubSport.
So far I have the following:
-M50 ENGINE (VANOS, WITH S50CAMS)
-All engine accessories
-Rk Tuning chip and dyno sheets for said motor
-DME and wiring harness

A friend of mine, (e30 with what will be an s50 car) have just found a garage and i will be pulling apart this car soon.

My question is, does anybody have any tips for me? I dont want to beat a dead horse I know I am missing a couple of things, but just any tips would be appreicated

My tip would be to buy Jim's swap manual. From everything I've read, it's worth its weight in gold. Now, if I could just find Jim, I would buy one from him .
