Question Give me your opinions on this ti?

Hey guys, my friend has a 318ti and i think its really great so i found one of my own and i want you guys to give me the truth about whether or not this seems like a good deal.

The guy is selling a 1995 318ti, white paint, black interior, with m3 vader seats, a 3 spoke m sport steering wheel, a set of staggered m sport wheels, OEM m3 side mirrors, a black interior kit with a,b,c pillars headliners etc... and an unpainted/unmounted m3 rear bumper. It has 137,000 miles on it, and he said when he bought it it had a bad rear differential, but he replaced it with a OEM one. hes asking 3500, does it seem like a good deal? thanks guys.

It's a fair price. It won't be a perfect car. No 19 year old car is.
