Default Front Wheel Hubs - Timken

This probably isn't the right place to post this, but since I'm new an administrator has to approve my threads anyway.

I just wanted to let everyone know that for some reason AutoZone has Timken front wheel hub assemblies for $45! This has to be a glitch or something because last week I checked and they were $120 there. But I ordered mine and got them in yesterday. It's all good.

I do not work for AutoZone or Timken. I just know this is a reputable bearing at a screaming deal and wanted to let everyone know!

Good post, I got one back in February at this price. Timken usually uses very well known bearing brands in their assemblies. The one I got had a SKF bearing installed in the hub.

I've found that oftentimes mfgr's will outsource certain components in any number of situations. I've bought store brand or off-brand bearings that were actually Timken or SKF once I peeked in the box; awhile back, I bought what I thought were SKF hub assemblies (box said SKF) for my ti and when I opened them, the bearings were FAG brand (which are better, IMO).

The ones I try to go for are FAG (German), SKF (Swedish), or NSK (Japanese). All good bearings used by OEMs.
