Default WTB: early e36 m42 with auto trans....all wiring, dme(s), accessories

I am looking for two complete early e36 m42s with auto transmissions. I need all the wiring, dmes, trans, torque converter, trans gear selector from inside the car, all accessories, etc. I would like something from an e36 without EWS.

I may also be interested in a third engine with manual trans...again all wiring, etc etc etc

I am located in Michigan but willing to travel a bit. I am much more interested in buying them all from the same person but if I can find them close it is not a huge deal.

Closer the better

PM me what you have...

I have a few complete engines down here in toledo. 2 m44s, one m42, one auto, two manuals, all dmes, cut wires on one m44, m42 intact.

I would possibly be interested in the m42 and the auto trans and some wiring. Is the m42 harness an auto or 5 speed harness? Are they good running engines? I might be interested in one of the m44s as well but would have to see if it would work with m42 wiring (e30 wiring). I would need to look at them.

Can you send me an email with prices and details on all of them. Let me know what all you have, accessories, etc etc.

thanks!

I am not sure what my post count has to be to PM on this board.

202k from a 1995 clubsport. Manual, drop out for a 2.5 I6. Drove it from New hampshire when purchased, 500 miles per tank all highway. O2 sensor wire was torn by accident when installing the tranny in new hampshire for clutch replacement. Complete drop out on subframe still.

145k from a 1996 Sport. Auto, all but #3 cylinder have great compression, drove from kentucky to toledo, 300 more miles, and did a 2.5 and manual swap. Engine harness is intact and still attached do the auto tranny. Got crappy gas mileage, about 19 city, 25highway.

176k from 1 1998 sport. Manual. Coolant hose at rear of engine was broken, overheated, no idea of damage internally. Pulled for a 5.7L v8.
