Default Did the cooling system upgrade but now...

I can't get the main belt on. The new one or the old one. I changed all the hoses and the water pump. Can anyone think of something that I may have done wrong where it would affect the belt? I was thinking the water pump, but it has that one long bolt so you would have to try real hard to do it wrong. The cooling system rebuild has been a major PITA.

Maybe it's the belt tensioner/adjusting pulley thingy?
That would be the next thing I would check.
