An outfit in Zanesville, Ohio makes aluminum radiators for BMW's, but they are pricey.
Zionsville? I have one on my 540it and it's very well constructed. and yes, pricey. Good thought, perhaps I'll get an aluminum rad for my new to me 98 Sport.
